Welcome to Araati Marketplace. Before creating a seller account and listing products on Araati, make sure you agree to comply with the following Seller Terms and Rules.

1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Sellers must be legally authorized to sell the products they list.
Araati reserves the right to verify seller information and request additional documentation at any time.
Seller accounts are non-transferable.

2. Product Listings

All products must be accurately described, including specifications, pricing, images, and availability.
Product images must be clear, authentic, and represent the actual item being sold.
Sellers must not upload misleading, false, or deceptive product information.
Duplicate listings for the same product may be removed by Araati.

3. Prohibited Products

Sellers are prohibited from listing or selling:

Counterfeit or fake products.
Stolen goods.
Illegal products or services.
Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.
Pornographic or adult content.
Products that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
Any product prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.

Araati reserves the right to remove prohibited listings without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

Sellers must provide accurate pricing for all products.
Hidden charges are not allowed.
Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes and regulatory obligations.
Payments will be processed according to Araati’s seller payment schedule and policies.

5. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and within the stated processing time.
Sellers must maintain sufficient inventory to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
Sellers must package products securely to prevent damage during delivery.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that customers receive the correct products.

6. Customer Service

Sellers must respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Sellers must resolve complaints, disputes, and product issues fairly.
Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication with customers is strictly prohibited.

7. Returns and Refunds

Sellers must honor Araati’s return and refund policies where applicable.
Products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description may be eligible for return or refund.
Sellers are responsible for resolving return requests within the required timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Sellers must only use content, images, and trademarks they own or are authorized to use.
Araati may remove listings that violate intellectual property rights.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Araati reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate seller accounts for:

Violating these Seller Terms and Rules.
Selling counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.
Repeated customer complaints.
Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
Providing false information during registration.

10. Marketplace Fees

Sellers agree to pay all applicable marketplace fees, commissions, or service charges as outlined by Araati.
Failure to pay required fees may result in account restrictions or suspension.

11. Seller Performance Standards

Sellers are expected to maintain:

Accurate product listings.
Timely order fulfillment.
Low cancellation rates.
Positive customer service standards.
Compliance with all marketplace policies.

Araati may take corrective actions against sellers who fail to meet performance standards.

12. Limitation of Liability

Araati provides the marketplace platform but is not the owner or manufacturer of products sold by sellers.
Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list and sell.
Araati shall not be liable for losses arising from seller misconduct, product defects, or inaccurate listings.

Araati reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms and Rules at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a seller account and listing products on Araati, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Seller Terms and Rules.
