How to Create Account

• Visit Araati seller registration page here and scroll down to personal information form.
• Enter your Name exactly as they appear on your national ID or, for foreign sellers, on your passport. Provide your Phone number, email address and create your password
• Continue to required documents and upload for verification.
• Enter your business address and click on register button to submit form. We may take up to 1 hour to verify and approve your account.

Choose a subscription Plan

When you log in to your account, you will be prompted to select a subscription plan. We have three plans to select from

Free Plan: Always Free

Pro Plan: 50,000ugx every 3 months

Enterprise: 200,000ugx every 3 months

Free Plan: Always

This plan is totally free and no need to pay a single coin

• You can add 1 store/branch under the same account
• Add unlimited products
• Create one role
• Add only 2 employees to your account
• Seller App available to manage your store

Pro Plan: Premium

Unlock advanced features and grow your business faster

• Add unlimited Products
• Register upto 5 stores/branches under the same account
• Create upto 5 user roles
• Add upto 15 employees
• Seller App available to manage your stores
• POS available to handle Physical store customers

Enterprise

• Get All in Pro Plan
• Araati Set up your store
• Add 30 shared products
• 10 Featured products
• Store recommended budge

Araati will manage your store from creating a seller account upto listing shared products buy you, orders will be managed by you.
